Get to Know Us

Inclusive Kids Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to creating inclusive spaces where children and teens of all abilities can connect, grow, and thrive. We believe in building a world where everyone belongs regardless of ability, diagnosis, or background.

Through community events, social programs, and peer support opportunities, we help young people form friendships, express themselves, and develop emotionally and socially in a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to promote understanding and acceptance by bringing families, educators, and advocates together to support inclusion from early childhood through the teen years.

At Inclusive Kids Network, we’re building more than programs — we’re building a stronger, more inclusive future for the next generation.

Inclusive Art Play: A sensory-friendly art experience where kids can explore, create, and express themselves in a safe and inclusive space.
Parent Resource Meetings: informative sessions that connect families with local resources, tools, and guidance to support children’s growth and well-being.
Sensory Play fitness: Our coaches will help support our kids and teens through fun, movement-based activities that help build strength, coordination

Meet the Team

Wendy Egan

Founder

BIO:

Wendy Egan, is a dedicated working mom of four with over a decade of experience working with defense contracting. As a mother to a child on the autism spectrum, Wendy is deeply passionate about bringing inclusive programs and resources to her community, having seen firsthand how much they’re needed. She has been especially inspired by other mothers and volunteers in the Inland Empire who are doing incredible work to support children with special needs. Their efforts have motivated Wendy to build a nonprofit focused on creating opportunities for all children to thrive. She is committed to volunteering, advocating, and staying actively involved in efforts that make a lasting impact.

Wendy attends Maryland University Global Campus, where she's hoping on obtaining her Masters in business administration and currently, she is obtaining her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification to further her ability to support and advocate for children with special needs.

Kelly Baldino

Board Member

BIO:

A passionate educator, currently working with the San Diego Unified School District. She brings over 7 years experience as a Behavioral Consultant to this board. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and a Master’s in Education from National University. As a Behavioral Consultant Kelly is trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Proficient in designing and executing tailored teaching strategies that foster progress in behavioral regulation, social interaction, communication, and daily living skills with children with ASD. Kelly’s greatest enjoyment is being a mom of 3 and sharing her love of the outdoors, traveling and camping with her family. Attending local sporting events is also a family favorite…Go Padres!

Mariana Pulido

Board Member

BIO:

Mariana Pulido is a proud San Diego native, local Latina, and dedicated homeschool mom of two. Her passion for advocacy began with her son, who was diagnosed with autism at age five. Since then, she has been a tireless advocate for his educational and developmental needs. Mariana works full-time in clinical data management at a local hospital and is deeply committed to supporting children with disabilities, especially in underserved communities. She is currently pursuing training to become an educational advocate, with a focus on IEP rights and inclusive education. In her free time, Mariana enjoys family adventures, traveling, and discovering great food spots around town.
